Enterprise Platform Specification for a Private University

A private university operating on disconnected legacy systems needed a single, integrated enterprise platform — and a requirements document strong enough to hold any vendor accountable for delivering it.

We conducted structured discovery across admissions, registration, academics, examinations, finance, HR, and administration, producing a 149-requirement SRS with embedded process-flow diagrams — and in parallel authored the university's AI usage policy aligned to national higher-education AI guidance.
