Institutional Forms Digitization Program

01 — CHALLENGE

A large civic organization ran core member processes on official paper forms, including complex right-to-left multilingual layouts. Digitizing them meant reproducing every field, rule, and stamp position exactly — approximations were not acceptable.

02 — APPROACH

We built web applications that reproduce each official form pixel-faithfully, with validated data entry, multilingual and RTL rendering, and PDF output indistinguishable from the printed original — so digital submissions remain valid wherever the paper form is required.

03 — DELIVERABLES

• Pixel-faithful web reproductions of official institutional forms
• Validated bilingual data entry with RTL layout support
• Print-accurate PDF generation matching original stationery
• Deployment and operator documentation

04 — OUTCOME

Manual form processing was eliminated for the covered workflows: members complete validated digital forms whose printed output is accepted exactly like the originals.
