CASE STUDY — EDUCATION / PUBLIC SECTOR
Data Center Engineering for a National E-Learning Program
01 — CHALLENGE
A large-scale e-learning program needed its data center facility brought to production standard — with power, cooling, and security architecture specified rigorously enough to pass public-procurement review and support years of growth.
02 — APPROACH
We produced a full site-readiness specification and iterated it through three formal, minuted revisions with the client's technical committee: dual-path A/B UPS power architecture, precision cooling design, a next-generation firewall security layer, and structured cabling — each element carried into a complete bill of quantities.
03 — DELIVERABLES
- Site-readiness engineering report, Rev 1.0 through Rev 3.0
- A/B UPS power architecture and load calculations
- NGFW security architecture and specification
- Complete BOQ and procurement-compliant RFP documentation
04 — OUTCOME
The program holds a committee-accepted, revision-controlled engineering package: every watt, port, and firewall rule specified before a single purchase order was raised.
